Mega Healthy Vegetable Shawarma

Came home late today and was so HUNGRY I could eat a horse. Not literally cuz I do not eat meat but you understand.
I wasn't really in the mood of cooking but i wanted to eat something good and filling so i looked in the fridge and besides all sorts of vegetables I found some Humus and one lost Tortilla which gave me an idea !! VEGETABLE SHAWARMA !!

Shawarma is basically this not so healthy Turkish dish made with all sorts of stuff. I ate various types and I am not very sure which one is the authentic one. All I can say is that it contains meat, more types of meat, chips, vegetables, and many sauces. Which sounds GREAT But it isn't very healthy. 

However :D My shawarma is supper healthy and I barely ate all of it because it was so BIG.





SO!
ALL You need is :
- Some humus
- 1 Tortilla
- All the vegetables you can find in your fridge. I used onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumber and spinach (I love raw spinach and raw mushrooms!!! )
Wrapping the shawarma can be tricky, but mine didn`t look perfect either and it still tasted AMAZING!!

Be healthy! Be Fruity!

Woke up this morning with a killing desire to eat fruit. I guess my body isn't very happy with the long unhealthy winter days. So I got up and I searched through my fridge but couldn't find anything so, i was obligated to go out and buy some stuff.
I bought everything I could find and wanted to make some pretty arrangements with them. However... I was to lazy for that so I ended up just eating them but googling some ideas, which look gorgeous!!!
 



Got to the conclusion that one fruity day from time to time could do miracles for your health. So go out there and buy at least some bananas. Treat yourself with some health!!

Coffee or Hot Chocolate for cold winter days?

My life dilemma... Coffee or Hot Chocolate?
Oh well... to be honest, considering the fact that I am a HUGE Chocolate lover I would always choose the chocolate but Coffee is so much more... charming.
I guess I will have to continue flipping a coin every winter day. Which is not that bad :D
Ahh... AND THESE PICTURES MAKE THEM LOOK SOO GOOD!!!
I guess I'll have to stop writing and go make myself some charming coffee!

Chiiilli Saturday Afternoon!

The best recipe for a brilliant relaxing Saturday afternoon?
1. A good book!
I know good books are not easy to find, but once you did find one, even though you might not be a big reader, I assure you it's going to be life-changing. Not kidding, really. Well I personally am a big reader. I love reading and I do it as often as I can. BUT. I wasn't always like this. I remember my step-dad obligating me to read. Telling me that Reading is like... visiting other worlds, making friends..blabla... and I remember myself hating him for that. However, eventually I found a good book that made me fall inlove with reading and since then... I'm a little bookworm :D

2. Internet
I have ti admit I couldn't stay one day in the house without internet. I might go crazy. Maybe it's because I live alone now, and i skype with my family at least once a day sometimes... with my whole family, from my grandpa to my 8 year-old brother. Helps me keep up with the illusion ob belonging. I am aware it's not like being with them, But it freaking feels good to know there is someone out there thinking about you and caring about you. And even if I don't talk with them... I listen to music or watch vloggers... it's still contributing to the illusion of being part of the world, not being alone.
3. Chocolate
There is no perfect day without chocolate. Although I would recommend black chocolate, since we stayed in bed all day anyway, we all know how freaking good caramel Lindt chocolate can be... or Milka with Oreo :)) Whichever you choose make sure you enjoy it. Life is made to be enjoyed... if you don't eat chocolate to have the perfect silhouette others will admire, but it makes you miserable. Then drop it. Eat that chocolate, enjoy your pizza, and be a happy chubby person. The right people will love you anyway.


4. Green Tea
I developed a strong passion for green tea. I wasn't a big tea-drinker, but since I live in the UK... It's impossible not to drink tea... It is too much of an insult. And green tea just tastes lovely. + apparently it helps with weight loss. Soo... now you can enjoy that chocolate we were talking about.


5. Sleep
Sleep, 15 hrs a day if you feel like it. and don't think it's wasted time... no it is not. no time you enjoy is wasted time. Today it's your day of relaxation, make the most out of it, recharge your batteries and you'll be ready for a new week full of challenges.

Be a Rockstar!

Everyone wants to be a rockstar! Common admit it! We all like to be in the centre of attention, we all like to feel great, admired, beautiful, talented, rich and adored. And who has all these qualities? A rockstar of course! No more rules, no more problems, only having fun everyday, and the only work you will ever do is singing, and who doesn't like singing? (well probably those qho can't do it but let's not take this into account) Supposing you do know how to sing, what could be better than this?



EVEN this little kitty seams to adore it!

I love this  picture, found it on Facebook and apparently it's made by this guy: Ben Torode so I wanted to say, good job pal! The pictures is brilliant, I like the kitty's expression, it really seems like it wants to be a Rockstar, and I am sure he would be great at it!

Oh, that feeling...

For like a week I had that feeling of feeling bored, but so bored that nothing can entertain you anymore, nothing at all, everything feels gray, sad, without a purpose, I felt without a purpose and the feeling is so strong and annoying but I couldn't do anything about it. So I started thinking what generated that. I mean I think I knew what generated that but why did it do it.
I started reading this book, by some not very famous author: A lucky man.  Sounded good, but then I started reading about a story of this man that had no purpose in life, No big purpose because there was a purpose he had, annoying his father till he couldn't take it anymore. And why? Because he had a dead brother and he was jealous. The way of writing wasn't bad, I actually like the author but the story sucked the life out of me, so I threw away the book and I am not going to finish reading it. I hate when I don't finish a book but I really can't finish this one. I need my life energy back.
So, as a solution for that extreme boredom feeling I used these 3 things:

1. I started listening to happy music, really happy and funny music. Makes you forget about stuff you don't wanna keep in your head.
2. I watched some kittens and some babies laughing on youtube. This is I think the easiest way to relax. I simply love that little baby that laughs at ripping paper. He is so sincere!
and
3. I started reading inspirational quotes from everywhere, i actually have a bunch in my computer. So I will start posting them here beacause they really help me in my depressing moments so I am guessing they will help more people.

Getting Healthy

What I noticed is that people, and especially women are very interested to be healthy and fit. I can guess why; It is definitly not a secret that women what to look good al the timeand be admired. Men don't care that much whether or not they are healty or at least mot all of them, but women defenetly care in a higher proportion.
Especially on Pinterest, I found thousands of recepies, drinks, workouts and advices, and all to help people live more healthy.
Honestly, I think it's a great place to look for new things to cook when you are out of ideas, for example I found this super cool looking salad a few days ago. Looks soo good I could make this my everyday breakfast:))

But of course you can find way more than recipes. The human mind is very creative and they show this with every occasion.
Eat healthy and be creative, life becomes more happy and fun when you do so:)
